This R2-D2 replica created by Fernando Arreola, pastry chef and Executive Chef at Fairmont Hotel. Inspired by the Star Wars Exposition at the Tech Museum of San Jose, CA, Chef Arreola used 150 pounds of white chocolate fondant to create this sweet edible masterpiece. The Star Wars Exposition runs until February 23, 2014.
