		<description>That&#039;s lame if you have to put them in when they&#039;re hot, since you get a nicely easily peeled egg if you soak them in an ice bath after boiling...

Still, I might need one anyway.  I like that it looks like sushi.  Very, very midwestern version of sushi...(I live here, i can say that)/</description>

And you have to put the eggs in when they&#039;re still hot from being boiled, so if you want to do enough to serve company then you either need to cook the eggs in tiny batches or buy multiple cubers.</description>
