Sometimes simple equals amazing, like this awesome Wario Costume that UpKnitCreek (love the screen name) posted on Craftster. She made it from purple, yellow and black fleece, polymer clay and “lots of love”, her husband even pitched in, making the nose and attaching the mustache to it. Pure geek Halloween gold.

Jem Costume
I’m having a childhood flashback to Saturday morning cartoons and playing with Barbies thanks to Craftster user lancmaltby. She sewed a fabulous Jem (of Jem and the Holograms!) costume last year. I still want to be Jem!
Dissection Costume
I’m using the word costume here for lack of a better word, but how gross and awesome is this Dissection Costume? Craftster user jessicution made this last year using “liquid latex, toilet paper, a blow dryer, tom savini paints, and my own fake blood mixture!”

She posted another picture showing the insects she added coming out of him, but because I’m terrified at the mere image of bugs, you’ll have to click through for that one.

But I’m a geek, and geeks like what geeks like, and this geek likes (loves, actually) Doctor Who.

Math Clock
Craftster user LittleMissMoonshine made this very clever Math Clock for her boyfriend with equations for each hour. This might take me a little while to determine the time :)
