Totoro Cameo Ring
Sometimes even a manly man like me lets out a squeal of glee upon discovering some awesome trinket. This was one of those times. I was introduced to the brilliance that is Totoro fairly late in life, as in earlier this year, but that doesn’t take away from the appeal.
This small cameo ring was made by Etsian munieca. It’s so cute it hurts.
Link Crib Quilt
I think I must have babies on the brain. Even if you do have the fastest baby in the world, eventually the little tyke has to go to sleep. When they do, why not cover them up in this fantastic Link crib quilt by Etsian GeekUnique?
Not only do they make awesome geeky crafts of all sorts, but their last name is very close to mine, so you know it’s legit.
Sonic the Hedgehog Bib
Do you have the fastest baby alive? Is your baby always hording rings and then throwing them into the air when he or she crashes into spikes? Then this is the bib for you. Throw this thing on your baby and everyone will stop asking if they have super powers from some horrible radioactive truck accident.
AiTenshi on Etsy makes all kinds of wicked baby apparel, from this awesome Sonic bib, to equally awesome bibs of WHATEVER KIND YOU WANT! She doesn’t just make bibs though, so check her out!

READER SUBMISSION: Love Brick by Brick
If you love Legos, than there is only one place on the web you need to be. Or…rather, two places, as Love Brick by Brick is both an awesome blog full of tutorials on Lego jewelry and impossibly cool projects like the one pictured, but also a kickin’ Etsy shop where you can stock up on artfully made Lego jewelry.
And I promise I am not using “artfully made” generically, browsing Julia Morley‘s work was a surreal feeling, joining up the geeky child inside and the woman who loves cool, even beautiful jewelry, and reminding me they are both the same person.
