There’s no better way to make sure your child (or someone else’s) is introduced to geekdom early. You never know, your baby might like this DNA model so much, that they go on to become award winning scientists (or geeks)!
Here’s another great Christmas gift… Craftster user windgie79 crocheted her husband an entire set of Amigurumi zombies from the game Left 4 Dead. She used a pattern from Creepy Cute Crochet by Christen Haden of NeedleNoodles. This one is “The Smoker.” Definitely click through to see the rest!
Sukigirl made a bunch of these South Park Cartman and Kenny amigurumi dolls as stocking stuffers. She’s got some other South Park crafts on her blog, as well. The pattern is from Etsy seller La Fee Crochette, who has a lot of different geek-inspired Amigurumi. I’m happy that Cartman’s head is larger than Kenny’s, as it should be.
Craftster user sarahmakes used a pattern from Sprite Stitch to cross-stitch this history of Mario for her brother. I love Mario as a raccoon… what’s your favorite Mario?
