Mario Mushroom Stencil Art How-To

Crafter extraordinaire Vickie Howell recently made this Game Boy stencil art piece for her son, who loves to play video games. She used a stencil from Ed Roth’s Stencil 101 Decor collection and freehanded the Mario image over it — she shares a complete tutorial for making your own version.

This isn’t Vickie’s first Mario-inspired craft project — check out her pattern and tutorial for knitting up a pair of Mario Mushroom Wrist Warmers as well!

Anyone dressing up as Dwight from The Office for Halloween? That would be an easy costume to put together with thrift store finds. Craftster user spotted zebra used a freezer paper stencil to make this t-shirt of Dwight and one of his best lines.
